Marina brings over 20 years of finance experience from leading global organizations such as Ratiopharm (TEVA) and PepsiCo. She is a member of ACCA (the UK equivalent of CPA), with deep expertise in financial management, including FP&A, business planning and analysis, transformation initiatives, capital expenditure management, cost-saving programs, and standard cost analysis. Marina leverages her broad skill set to help clients streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
